Data deletion

You can request deletion of information held by Solder Virtual Labs LLC, including data processed by Solder Automation, our Facebook, Instagram and Meta advertising integration supporting Petgraphy and Lost Pet Signal. You do not need an account with us or a Facebook login to make a request.

1. Send your request

Email hello@soldervirtual.com with the subject “Solder Automation data deletion.” For Lost Pet Signal, you can also email hello@lostpetsignal.com.

Tell us which service the request concerns and what you want deleted. Include the email used with the service, or the relevant Facebook/Instagram username and a link to the Page, post, comment or ad, if available. A campaign or order reference can help us locate customer records. You do not need to supply every item; send only what is relevant. Never send passwords, access tokens or full payment details.

2. Verification and deletion

We may ask for limited additional information to verify the request and locate the correct records. We then delete applicable information we control, including relevant stored Meta identifiers, interaction data and associated records, or explain any information that must be retained for a legal obligation. We respond within the period required by applicable law and confirm the outcome by email. You can check the status by replying to that email thread.

Copies in backups follow the applicable backup-retention cycle. Records independently held by Meta or other providers, and copies that other people saved or shared, are governed by those parties' policies and are not automatically removed by a request to us. Tell us if you also want a pet alert or ad removed, so we can address content we control.

3. Remove a Meta connection

If you personally connected Solder Automation, you can remove it from Facebook's Settings → Business integrations or Apps and websites, wherever the connection appears. Business administrators can also remove asset assignments or app access in Meta Business Settings. Menus may vary by account.

Removing access and deleting stored information are separate actions. Send the email request above to delete information already held by us. You do not need to remove a connection before requesting deletion.

Subscriptions and other questions

A deletion email is not an automatic subscription cancellation. If you also want to stop a paid service, say so in the request or use that service's billing controls. For more detail about processing, retention and your choices, read our Privacy Policy.
