Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
1. Introduction
Solder Virtual Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.
This policy covers soldervirtual.com and Solder Automation, our business integration with Meta's Facebook, Instagram and Marketing APIs. Solder Automation supports our business accounts and services, including Petgraphy and Lost Pet Signal. Their service-specific notices provide additional details about their websites, customer accounts and purchases. This policy covers the Solder Automation integration; it does not replace Meta's own Privacy Policy.
Request deletion of your data or contact hello@soldervirtual.com. These options are available to everyone whose information we process through the integration, including people who interact with our Pages or ads and do not have an account with us.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Name and contact information (email address, phone number)
- Account credentials
- Payment and billing information
- Communications you send to us
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser information
- IP address
- Usage data and analytics
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
3. Solder Automation and Meta data
We access information through permissions granted to our business integration. The information depends on the connected asset and feature being used:
- Connected business assets: business, ad account, Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers; names and usernames; account status and currency; Page-to-Instagram links; and permissions needed to identify and manage the appropriate assets.
- Advertising: campaign, ad set, ad, creative and post identifiers; images and copy; geographic targeting; budgets and schedules; delivery and review status; and reporting such as spend, impressions, reach, clicks and conversion totals when reporting is requested.
- Page and ad interactions: posts and comments on the business assets we manage, comment text, commenter names or usernames and identifiers when supplied by Meta, timestamps, links and moderation status. We use these to manage our Pages and ads and apply comment-moderation rules. Where enabled, comment text is sent to Google Gemini for automated classification. Automated moderation can hide or delete comments; contact us to request a review of a moderation action.
- Connection credentials: access tokens and permission information used by our servers to make authorized requests. We do not ask customers to send us their Facebook or Instagram passwords.
For requested pet advertising, we send Meta the pet photo, advertising text, chosen search-area coordinates and radius, and ad settings. Content included in an advertisement can be seen and shared by its audience. Any contact details included in an ad are public to that audience; account or billing contact information is not automatically ad copy. Upload only material you have permission to use and avoid sensitive information in photos or public text.
Some of our services, including Petgraphy, also use Meta's Pixel or Conversions API for advertising measurement. Depending on the event and available information, these tools send event type and time, order value and currency, page URL, browser and click identifiers, IP address, browser information, and hashed contact or matching details such as email, phone, name or city. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous. The relevant service's privacy notice describes its measurement tools and available choices.
We use information received from Meta to operate the authorized integration, manage advertising and business content, report results, troubleshoot and secure the connection, and handle support and deletion requests. We do not sell or license data received from Meta. Access to an API permission does not mean we collect every field available under that permission. This policy does not authorize uses prohibited by Meta's terms.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Sharing of Information
We may share your information in the following situations:
- Service providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf
- Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
- With your consent: When you have given us permission to share your information
For Solder Automation and the connected workflows, recipients include Meta for API operations and ad delivery; Google Cloud and Firebase for server execution, credentials and data storage; Vercel for website and server hosting; Google Gemini when automated content classification is used; and our email provider for support and privacy requests. Authorized staff and contractors may access information needed to operate and support the service. Providers receive information needed for their role, subject to applicable contractual and platform restrictions.
Information obtained from Meta is shared only as allowed by Meta's applicable terms and the permissions and purposes described here. The general sharing categories above do not expand those permissions. Meta and other platforms may retain their own copies under their policies, including advertising-transparency and security records.
6. Data Security and International Processing
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services and providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Applicable protections and service-provider terms govern those transfers. Credentials for the Meta integration are restricted to authorized server-side use.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
For the Meta integration, retention depends on whether an account connection, advertising campaign, moderation issue, support request or billing reconciliation remains active. We delete information obtained from Meta when it is no longer needed for the permitted purpose, when a valid deletion request applies, or when required by Meta's terms. Information that must be retained for legal obligations is limited to that purpose; backup copies follow the provider's applicable retention cycle. Removing an app connection stops access permitted by that connection but does not by itself delete records already stored by us. Use the deletion process below for those records.
8. Your Rights and Data Deletion
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict processing of your information
- Request portability of your information
- Withdraw consent at any time
To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@soldervirtual.com and identify the service or Meta Page, account or interaction involved. For Lost Pet Signal you may also contact hello@lostpetsignal.com. Please provide only enough information for us to locate your records. Never send passwords, access tokens or payment-card details.
We may request proportionate information to verify that you are entitled to make the request. We will explain the outcome and any lawful retention exception, and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may follow up using the same email thread. All users can request deletion of data held through Solder Automation, regardless of location or whether they have a customer account. See our step-by-step data deletion instructions.
9. Cookies
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and store information. You can control cookies through your browser settings and other tools. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of our services.
10. Third-Party Links
Our services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
